Job Summary
Our Product Technology team has built a proprietary sports betting and iGaming platform from the ground up in less than 3 years. This is a hybrid role that would require quarterly visits to our Jersey City office.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Design and QA to iterate on the life-cycle of our product
- Turn flat UI/UX designs and style guides into functional user interfaces
- Build extremely performant components while being mindful of cross browser compatibility and performance issues for both desktop and mobile platforms
- Optimization is a challenge youll gladly accept
- Understand design patterns and write reusable modular code
- Be excited about new web technologies/techniques
- Participate in peer code reviews we encourage frequent and open feedback
- Participate in Daily stand-up sprint planning paired programming unit testing and retrospectives
- You will improve the team company and culture
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience developing web/ mobile products in React for Web and Android
- Excellent understanding of its core principles patterns and best practices
- Strong proficiency in everything JavaScript-related (React Native and Capacitor)
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of core engineering principles
- Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and continuous integration and delivery
- Enthusiasm for constant learning and strengthening of your craft
- You are detail and results oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Agile software product delivery and SCRUM
- Preferred experience in iGaming
The salary range for this position is $120000 - $160000 USD which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience geography business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical vision and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation including but not limited to cash bonuses. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
