Job Description:
This is a paid 12-week summer internship position from May 18th - August 7th 2026.
We recently relocated our headquarters from Salt Lake City to the DallasFort Worth area and were looking for a highly motivated Talent & Employer Brand Intern to help us establish and grow our presence as a top employer in the Dallas market.
This is a hands-on high-impact internship sitting within our People team working closely with Talent Development team. Youll play a key role in shaping our Talent Development projects across the broader organization.
The Pluralsight Internship Program offers real-world people strategy experience professional development workshops mentorship from industry professionals and lunch & learns with leadership. Youll collaborate with a cohort of peers participate in team-building activities and build the skills and connections that set you up for long-term success.

What youll do:
Support the Talent Development team with project coordination and day-to-day assistance across key talent and leadership initiatives.
Help prepare materials documentation and scheduling support for talent programs such as Talent Reviews 9-Box discussions and leadership development sessions.
Support employee feedback and development efforts by helping coordinate feedback activities and summarizing themes from results.
Contribute to building manager facing tools and learning resources such as guides templates and enablement materials.
Partner with the team to support basic reporting data accuracy and process improvements within Workday and other People systems.
Explore opportunities to use AI tools to improve program organization documentation and team workflows under guidance from the team.
Experience youll bring:
Interest in talent management leadership development performance management or organizational effectiveness.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfort working with data spreadsheets and systems with an interest in using insights to improve decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
Experience with Workday HR systems or AI-enabled tools is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Psychology Organizational Development or a related field.
Experience with SQL R or other data toolsets.
No previous professional experience required; this role is ideal for those eager to grow in their career.
A positive attitude problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively make decisions more quickly and build a stronger culture while still providing flexibility.

Physical Requirements:
This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.

Pay Transparency:
The hourly rate for this position is non-negotiable at $22.00 per hour. Additional benefits may apply.
