About This Role:
As a Senior Analyst II in our Record to Report team you will perform general ledger operations for Biogens Affiliates including but not limited to cash and treasury reconciliations accounts receivable transactions fixed asset activity payroll prepayments and accruals recording of revenue and expenses. You will provide an accurate and timely reporting of all monthly and quarterly financial information including PnL BS CIT and other packages.
What Youll Do:
Calculate and post journal entries including BIG5&LATAM markets
Provide reporting of PnL BS and other various schedules running PA reports
Prepare VAT data and CIT templates
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations including BIG5&LATAM markets
Other analysis performed on a monthly/quarterly manner
Cooperate with consultants in preparation of statutory financial statements
Run ICO transactions including Tax True-ups and COGS invoices
Provide data and explanations for internal and external auditors

Required Skills:
University degree in Finance (preferred in Accountancy).
5 years of experience in international accounting.
Experience in working for SSC/BPO.
Good understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.
Strong knowledge of various AP/AR/CM/FA processes.
Experience with SOX Internal Controls design and testing.
Experience with statutory reporting processes.
Proficiency in Oracle R12 and MS Office (Outlook Excel).
Ability to communicate fluently in English.

The base compensation ranges per year vary between two levels:
117000 - 156750 PLN gross
136000 - 181750 PLN gross
