Who You Are
We are looking for a highly capable People & CultureSpecialistwho thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments and enjoys building programs that scale across organizations andjurisdictions. This role may be a great fit for you if you:
- Are a true P&C generalist with hands-on experience across the fullteam memberlifecycle not a specialist in just one area
- Have a proven ability to design build and operationalize People & Culture programs that are scalable repeatable and transferable across multiple organizations andjurisdictions
- Are exceptionally organized execution-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy or follow-through
- Enjoy bringing structure clarity and discipline to growing organizations and evolving environments
- Are confident working independently while partnering closely with senior leaders and the People & Culture Director
- Are a clear practical communicator who can translate policy compliance and people programs into usable guidance for leaders andteam members
- Have experience supporting and advising onemployeerelations compliance matters performance management and day-to-day people issues
- Are comfortable supporting hiring leaders and recruitment processes.
- Enjoy revamping streamlining and building processes from the ground upespecially where structure and consistency are needed
- Have experience working across Canadian and U.S.employment frameworks (or are eager to deepen cross-borderexpertise)
- Arentafraid to challenge the status quo and evolve people practicesto supportgrowth across multiple organizations
WhatYoullDo
As a member of the People & Culture team the People & Culture Specialist will play a critical role in building andmaintainingstrong compliant and scalablepeopleprograms across Litco LSO and its partner firms. You will:
- Design build and continuously improve People & Culture programs and processes across complianceemployeerelations learning & development performance and engagement
- Create systems and frameworks that are scalable across multiple organizations andjurisdictions
- Lead the development review and maintenance of policies ensuring clarity consistency and alignment with applicableemployment legislation
- Supportteam memberrelationsmattersby providing guidance documentation and process discipline in partnership with the People & Culture Director
- Help streamline and standardize People & Culture operations tools and workflows across the platform
- Partner with leaders to support hiring activities such as role scoping interview processes offer coordination and onboardingwithout owning full-cycle recruitment
- Support learning and development initiatives including onboarding programs leadership development and core people capability building
- Assistwith compensation programs performance cycles and people data tracking across organizations
- Act as a trusted People & Culture resource to leaders andteam membersacross multiple firms
- Contribute to special projects related to growth acquisitions and integration as needed
