Job Summary
Emergency Room Manager Acute Care
Location: Belton MO 64012
Schedule: Full-Time Days (Business Hours) On-Call as Needed
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Range: $44.27 $61.99 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $25000

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Emergency Room Manager Acute Carefor an exciting job in Belton MO.
Responsibilities
Provide direct leadership and oversight of Emergency Department operations
Ensure delivery of high-quality patient-centered care aligned with regulatory and accreditation standards
Manage staffing scheduling productivity and patient throughput
Promote a culture of accountability engagement and clinical excellence
Maintain leadership visibility through rounding across day and night shifts
Address performance management conflict resolution and employee development
Collaborate with physicians nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to meet departmental goals
Provide clinical support during high-acuity or surge periods
Drive succession planning and leadership development within the ED team
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of recent acute-care Emergency Department leadership experience (within the last year required)
ED Charge Nurse experience acceptable
Strong ICU Charge Nurse experience may be considered
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Missouri or Compact)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Required
BLS (AHA) Required
ACLS Required within 60 days of hire
NIH Stroke Scale Certification Required within 90 days
PALS Required within 90 days
TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses Required within 6 months
