The Cargo claims advocacy leader will serve as a subject matter expert and senior claims advocate within the Cargo claims team.
This role requires significant experience in claims management and advocacy with oversight and responsibility for our most complex and challenging cargo claims; subject matter expertise across all Cargo & Logistics businesses; daily engagement with placement colleagues for the development of our value proposition; acting as a market relationship / carrier engagement lead within the claims team; is expected to include regular travel to our global portfolio of clients both at time of loss and as part of our growth and retention strategies.
In addition to these responsibilities the individual will engage via the Cargo Management Group (CMG) who have organisational and governance oversight of the entire Cargo & Logistics function.
