Unit & Position Role |
Unit Function | The Training Management Group is a joint RN-industry organisation providing the basis of a Whole Force approach to RN individual training delivery. The TMG is accountable for the effective and efficient governance control and commercial delivery of the Selborne contract. |
Responsibilities |
Conduct physical IQA observations of 5% - 10 % of all ENG EPAs at various locations. | |
Quality assure and approve all ENG EPAs. | |
Send the MIAA Administrator therequired ENG EPA evidence and resultsfor storage on the MIS. | |
Liaise/SupportUnit Assessors and Training Coordinatorsin thedelivery of ENGEPAs. | |
Act asPoint of Contact (POC)for the MIAA to arrange ENG EPAs with Units. | |
Maintain and update the IQA Sampling Plan. | |
Identifyopportunities to developMIAA processesto benefitOnboard Assessors and apprentices. | |
Assist in the development and maintenance of MIAA/EPA funding models. | |
Implement and maintain relevant MIAA Policies. | |
Brief career courses on RN Apprenticeships and EPAs. | |
Help the MIAA WOCoordinate the MIAA Administrators delivery of EPA documentation to the required Units. | |
Collate feedback on EPAs to assist the MIAA Team Leaderand WO with regularfleet updates. | |
Act as Officer Manager for the MIAA personnel based in Devonport working out of HMS Vivid. | |

Away from home at least once per month for Training Establishment visits/EPA assurance | |
