Role Overview
Board Members contribute to long-term strategy ensure governance and regulatory compliancemaintainfinancial resilience and keep residents at the centre of decision-making. Candidates should bring experience in personnel management partnership working community engagement and equality diversity and inclusion. Strategic thinking analytical skills self-management commitment to personal development and the confidence to question and constructively challenge the Executive Team arealsoessential.
