Client Service Administrator

Our client is looking to employ a highly organised Client Service Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Interaction & Case Management
- Assist walkin employers and employees; verify facts and obtain supporting documents.
- Handle queries related to inspections disputes and evidence submissions.
- Assist with dispute resolution processes; escalate unresolved matters to designated agents.
Claims & Benefits Administration
- Process benefit claims including pension withdrawals death funeral disability Sick Fund Medical Aid and advance leave pay.
Compliance & Site Visit Administration
- Capture complaints and sitevisit documentation on relevant systems.
- Log and track site inspections.
- Prepare documents for noncompliant site visits including:
- Employer and employee registration checks
- Issuing and emailing compliance orders
- Followups via email and phone
- Assess noncompliance cases prepare departmental documentation and update statuses.
Data & Systems Administration
- Update contact details and maintain accurate records.
- Scan print and prepare documentation for designated agents
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate with employers and relevant parties to conciliate and resolve matters.
- Assist with registration of employers and employees.
- Provide support with adhoc compliance resolutions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric / Grade 12 is must!
- Proficient in English and IsiXhosa
- Ability to manage and deescalate difficult client interactions professionally
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for tasks
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment
- Computer literate on MS Office Suite
