Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
- In this position you are responsible for the daily management of a purchasing portfolio.
- You are in charge of analyzing the portfolio sorting offers updating prices and handling the related administrative tasks.
- You manage relationships with suppliers: sourcing RFQs price negotiations contract management long-term agreements business reviews QDCF etc.
- You are responsible for supplier performance and for drafting reports.
- You manage supplier-related risks handle resulting crises and implement corrective actions.
- You coordinate supplier evaluations with the supplier quality management department and support audits.
- You implement cost-reduction activities and ensure their follow-up.
- You look for the best technical solutions to guarantee design-to-cost (DTC).
Your Profile
- You hold a bachelors or masters degree in engineering economics management project management or purchasing.
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience as a buyer in the automotive construction equipment aviation or railway sectors.
- You have good knowledge of French German and English.
- You are proficient with an ERP system SharePoint (intranet) and MS Office.
- You are organized flexible have strong analytical skills and an excellent ability to work in a team. You are open to developing your skills in the field and are results-oriented.
