Position Summary

The PRN Mammography Technologist performs screening and diagnostic mammograms while providing compassionate patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is confident working independently and values quality over quantity.

What Youll Do

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and understanding
• Operate Hologic Selenia Dimensions mammography equipment
• Review images using PACS to ensure diagnostic quality
• Document procedures accurately in the EHR
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams
• Perform equipment quality control and follow radiation safety standards
• Educate and support patients throughout the exam process

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT-accredited)
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist with Mammography (RT(M)) certification
• 12 years of mammography experience preferred
• Strong technical communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently in a PRN role
