As a Senior Inventory Operations Analyst on the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) team you will serve as the subject matter expert for planning and inventory operations across import warehouses third-party logistics (3PL) storage and upstream inventory this role you will partner closely with global supply chain logistics and inventory planning teams to influence both near-term execution and long-term upstream inventory strategy. You will play a critical role in shaping how inventory flows through the upstream network to support product availability operational efficiency and customer experience.
This role has a strong operational focus across import warehouses and offsite 3PL storage locations. You will collaborate with field operations inventory management product and sales & operations planning teams to improve inventory flow resolve site-level execution issues and maintain close connection to day-to-day operations through regular site and planning calls. You will also lead the identification and execution of offsite storage opportunities including determining item eligibility coordinating inventory transfers and evaluating tradeoffs between capacity constraints transfer costs and product availability outcomes. The work spans both strategic planning and daily execution requiring strong ownership attention to detail and end-to-end process alignment across multiple partners.

You will apply a data-driven customer-first mindset to identify root causes and improvement opportunities related to upstream allocation replenishment and inventory positioning. Leveraging analytical tools such as SQL Excel and internal reporting platforms you will deliver insights to cross-functional partners and senior leaders support continuous improvement of analytical tools and operational processes and influence decisions related to network design and inventory flow strategy. This role also includes leading routine operational reviews and monthly cross-functional engagements proactively communicating risks and opportunities and acting as a change agent in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.

About You
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with exceptional attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
  • 2 years of experience in inventory management supply chain or related operations roles
  • Working knowledge of replenishment and inventory planning systems
  • Experience with SQL or similar query tools
  • Strong communication collaboration and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical partners
  • Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and lead through ambiguity
  • Willingness to adapt and flex across workstreams as business priorities evolve
