Position Details:

• Employment Model:

• 3-year employment agreement withpartnership buy-inoptionafter Year 3.

• Schedule & Call:

• 4-day clinic week(M-F with 1 weekday off) or 5-dayoption.

• Shared call(6-9x/month rotating daily 7A-7A).

• Weekend call split(Fri/Sun or Sat; Fri/Sun call Monday off).

• Saturday clinic(8-10:30/11 AM staffed byon-call physician).

• Practice Details:

• Team-based group practice

• Average daily patient volume:20-30 (10-min sick visits 20-min wellchecks).

• Hospital coverage:Level IIIspecial carenursery (32 weeks CPAP/ventilator capability) pediatric floor rounds high-risk deliveries.

• Support staff:2 NPs (expanding to 3) RNs/LPNs for triage/vaccines in-house labs/X-ray.

• EMR:NextGen.

• New graduateswelcometo apply-strong supportstaff and physician mentorship available.

• J-1 waiver support(Conrad 30 ARC DRA HHS).
