Were looking for a reliable team-oriented Cook to prepare daily employee meals and support our kitchen team at Newport Harbor Yacht Club in beautiful Newport Beach.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety consistency and being part of a supportive team.
What Youll Do
Prepare daily employee meals from comfort food favorites to simple dishes
Work with the Executive Chef to plan practical satisfying menus
Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
Keep the kitchen clean organized and running efficiently
Support the team when needed we all pitch in
What Were Looking For
Culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience
At least 3 years of kitchen or food prep experience
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety
Ability to work in a steady sometimes fast-paced environment
Team-focused attitude and good communication skills
English required; Spanish is a plus
You dont need to be a celebrity chef just someone dependable who enjoys cooking and being part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits
$20$23 per hour
