The VIP Liaison generates revenue through the development and servicing of relationships with existing and potential target guests. The VIP Liaison is responsible for the quality of service offered to patrons of the Company venues by effectively handling guest complaints and discrepancies assuring all guests are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.

The VIP Liaison facilitates all guest reservation requests promptly and without error ensures guests are aware of events and supports the execution of them maintain high - level of visibility throughout the facility and builds guest loyalty by exceeding all expectations in service and dependability. The VIP Liaison will report to all scheduled duties in a timely manner and collaborate with all departments to ensure total guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Sell and maintain VIP table reservations/ guest list at assigned venue per agreed upon
  • Maintain the minimum revenue support weekly requirements at company venues other than your own
  • All VIP table reservations must be entered in to Venue Driver including; the guests full name cell number and email address. Reservations without complete information will not be counted towards the minimum requirements and individual commissions will not be paid
  • All assigned data collection marketing and social media tasks must be completed per managements

  • Alert and get approval for any and all breaks leave of rotation or duties in which you cannot perform at the time they were assigned to you
  • Maintain a consistent and high level of pass & guest list productivity
  • Be attentive to all company related events and upcoming venues and changes
  • Maintain and meet any and all marketing requirements such as guest list contact information forms Facebook invites and bulletins
  • Keep a proper and professional appearance and attitude
  • Responsible for maintaining the workstation / podium in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Maintain and promote a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff
  • Comply with added hours or time frame after scheduled shift as needed
  • Provide customers with information and directions
  • Inform management of any complaint comments or incident
  • Appear in dress code for all shifts at your scheduled time
  • Comply with cross promotion of all venues and when needed
  • Create/maintain sense of goodwill and hype for driving revenue while reaching the maximum amount of possible patrons
  • Assist with loading/unloading of miscellaneous equipment such as boxes flyers passes signs etc.
  • Avoid over distribution of company collateral to individuals and drops
  • Not to give Company collateral or business cards to any questionable or known individuals who sell collateral or misrepresent the company.
  • Provide a friendly personal demeanor with a willingness to interact
  • Provide professional and friendly guest services

  • Ability to work safely and prevent personal injury

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and networking skills are required
  • Minimum 5 years in the nightlife or hospitality industry; sales experience is preferred
  • Proficient in the use of social media applications
  • Proficient in Windows Office Microsoft Office Mac OSX POS Systems
  • 21 years of age

  • Office Casino Nightclub Bar Lounge and/or Restaurant working environment

  • Maintain a professional neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced busy and somewhat stressful environment
