Job Summary
Regal Rexnord in Fort Wayne IN has a rotational cooperative education program (co-op) with positions working in our Sound and Vibrations Lab Metallurgical Lab Reliability Lab New Product Development team and Application Engineering the co-op program you will have the opportunity to work in any of these rotations while you complete school in parallel.
In the Sound and Vibrations Lab role you will be working side-by-side with our Analytical Chief of Sound and Vibration working on customer returns/complaints cost out projects and new product development testing using the anechoic chamber and analytical the Reliability Lab role you will be working side by side with our Reliability and Failure Analysis technicians troubleshooting customer returns with multimeters and oscilloscopes while reading schematics to determine a root cause of the New Product Development role you will be working with Project Leads and Design Engineers completing tests on new designs and working on improvements as well as working with quality concerns and cost out the Application engineering role you will be working with our application engineers to answer customer questions qualify products with our customers and develop material that is shared with key prospects to grow our business.
The co-op program runs 3 different semesters per year one in the Spring one in the Summer and one in the Fall. Regal Rexnord will work with students to find a schedule that works well with their schooling hours at their university but full-time work (40 hrs/week) is preferred.
