The Global HR Manager role is a great opportunity to support BONESUPPORT ABs dynamic and rapidly growing organization. The position is a generalist HR role in an international organization. Some parts of the role are focused on the workplace in Lund and teams in other parts of Scandinavia. The role is also o cooperating with Managers colleagues and partners in other countries such as the US the UK the Netherlands Denmark Spain Italy and Ireland.
The main mission for the position is to focus on; resourcing (recruitment and termination) employer branding performance management learning & development legal and comp & ben. Your impact will be felt across the organization from enhancing our recruitment process to strengthening our employer brand and culture. Youll have the chance to implement and improve our HR systems to ensure seamless operations. Furthermore you will shape our learning and development initiatives fostering a culture of continuous improvement and develop leadership teams culture and people.
In this role youll collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels including executives line managers and external partners. Youll be the driving force behind our HR initiatives ensuring legal compliance managing work environment processes and acting as the point of contact for HR related authorities. Your contributions will help streamline governance and administrative processes allowing us to be truly productive.
During the last years the HR department has worked with focus on the culture leadership and team development and assessments. During the autumn the HR department will implement a new HR-system.
The role is based in Lund at the head office and will report to the EVP Global HR. The job will require some travels.
