We are seeking a proven strategic sales leader as a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing the client portfolio generating revenue growth and organizational quotas. You will also be a valuable contributor to the regional sales strategy leading implementation and driving execution to achieve business objectives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by promoting managing and negotiating with clients generating leads qualifying prospects and managing sales of products. As a Regional Sales Manager-Canada you will also research sales competition.
Responsibilities
- Primary objectives are to exceed territory growth revenue quota organizational health and customer satisfaction
- Help grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive sales technology adoption and increase SOTIs market share in the EMM space
- Present promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Prepare and attend the conference shows in North America
- Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Prepare and submit weekly monthly and quarterly sales reports to management
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products.
- Attend sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Travel in the sales territories
- Design and execute SOTIs regional sales strategy
Qualifications
- 7 year proven record of sales experience and 3 years of regional sales experience with a proven track record in technology sales
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast paced team selling environment
- Track record of over-achieving
