As a global leader in advanced mobility solutions our outstanding team of legal professionals helps us navigate the continually changing legal and regulatory our Office of General Counsel youll be part of an organization that collaborates with outside counsel to operate as a global team and deliver world-class legal tax and audit services to client groups throughout the company.

In this position...

• Youll be a core contributor to our privacy operations team directly impacting how we streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of our privacy programs. Your efforts will ensure our operations are agile and responsive to a global landscape.
• This versatile role empowers you to manage key privacy program objectives develop and maintain crucial privacy notices and leverage analytics to track performance. Youll use data to inform decisions and continuously refine our privacy approach.
• Youll provide essential support across a wide range of privacy operational needs offering you exposure to various facets of data protection. This adaptability will allow you to develop a well-rounded skill set and contribute to critical initiatives as they arise.

What youll do...

• You will identify opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our privacy operations implementing improvements that streamline workflows.
• Youll orchestrate and track key privacy program objectives ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving progress toward successful outcomes.
• Youll utilize data analytics to monitor and report on key performance indicators providing valuable insights into the health and impact of our privacy programs.
• Youll adapt and contribute to diverse privacy operational needs as required lending your expertise to various projects and initiatives that strengthen our overall privacy posture.

Youll have...

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 5 years of experience in an applicable field
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and manage project objectives.
• Experience in developing and maintaining official notices or communications.
• Proficiency in data analysis and tracking key performance indicators.
• A strong understanding of fundamental privacy principles and practices.

Even better you may have...

• Direct experience in privacy operations within a large global organization.
• Familiarity with privacy management software or tools.
• Professional privacy certifications such as CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional) or CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager).
• Experience in a role requiring significant versatility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• A proactive and analytical approach with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
