Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Client Care Schedule Coordinator with knowledge of theIHC industry to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Klamath Falls Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position is a team based role and offers an attractive wage of $18 to $19 per hour paid biweekly.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly wage of $18 to $19 paid every two weeks

Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to incoming calls emails and postal correspondence
Provide support to our IHC Division
Create Client and Employee Files organize important documents
Assist with various onboarding duties
Assist with scheduling
Reviewing daily care logs to verify compliance with state licensure
Speaking with various community partners and new client inquiries
Other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 years of experience with IHC or Health Care Industries
Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
