We are looking for a Trainee (m/f/d) Rotational Program Mobility EMEA in Wuppertal.

A multi-rotational development program offering exposure across Sales Support Program Management Technology and Operations within the Mobility EMEA organization. Throughout the program you will work closely with leading automotive OEMs and gain broad insights into the full automotive value chain.

Program Focus Areas

Sales Support

Support commercial activities for key automotive OEM accounts.

Prepare customer-specific quotations technical proposals and business reviews.

Assist account managers in coordinating customer meetings and responding to OEM requests.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Program Management

Contribute to the coordination and execution of customer programs with major automotive manufacturers.

Support launch readiness timeline tracking and cross-functional communication.

Work with engineering operations and commercial teams to ensure flawless execution.

Assist in product lifecycle tasks and change-management processes for OEM programs.

Technology

Gain hands-on exposure to technologies used in the automotive sector (materials components systems).

Support engineering teams in product testing validation and preparation of technical documentation.

Help evaluate technical feasibility and customer specifications according to automotive standards.

Participate in innovation initiatives supporting next-generation mobility solutions.

Operations Management

Rotate through key operational areas such as supply chain manufacturing logistics or quality.

Learn how products for automotive OEMs are produced delivered and continuously improved.

Support initiatives focused on quality cost delivery performance and sustainability.

Contribute to process optimization and problem-solving activities with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Chemistry Engineering or another relevant technical field ideally linked to paint and coatings

Alternatively: completed technical apprenticeship with relevant experience in paint and coating industry

Fluency in English and professional working proficiency in German

Willingness and openness to relocate within EMEA during rotations

Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments

High self-motivation proactive mindset and ability to work independently

Desire and potential to grow into a future leadership role

Interest in gaining broad exposure across multiple business areas

Ability to operate with integrity handle ambiguity and take initiative

Demonstrated strong character including honesty accountability and trustworthiness

Während des Programms arbeiten Sie eng mit führenden Automobil-OEMs zusammen und erhalten umfassende Einblicke in die gesamte automobilen Wertschöpfungskette.

Sales Support

Unterstützung kommerzieller Aktivitäten für wichtige OEM-Kunden

Anforderungen

Bachelorabschluss in Chemie Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem anderen technischen Fachgebiet im Bereich Lack- und Farbtechnologie

Alternativ: abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Erfahrung im Bereich Lacke und Farben

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und professionelle Deutschkenntnisse
