Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement CRM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes enhance customer satisfaction and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions to improve client operations. As a Manager you will mentor and develop your team while driving client engagement and đảm bảo the delivery of quality results that align with PwCs standards and values.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- ITIL 4 Certification
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Ariba support
- Utilizing analytical skills for root cause analysis
- Collaborating effectively in team-oriented environments
- Managing technical and functional support issues
- Preparing training documentation and user manuals
- Understanding procurement processes across industries
- Familiarity with SAP MM as an added advantage
- Exposure to end-to-end Ariba processes
