You are proactive reliable and energetic when it comes to taking care of our likely have experience with Marriott and have 2 years of Human Resources experience within the hospitality field. You are skilled in basic technology Excel Powerpoint/Canva Word and other programs and have basic mathematical skills. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

WHAT YOU DO

You are the liaison between the associate and the goals of The Joseph as an organization. You will support the Area Director of Human Resources and the Assistant Director of Human Resources in ensuring compliance morale recruitment training and all functions of the Human Resources department are operating effectively. You will spend time with the team building relationships and creating engaging moments for them. You will become a root to the flower of our blooming hospitality atmosphere and keep the flame alight as we charge towards excellence!
