This part-time role offers one-on-one care for seniors in your community with a flexible schedule. We are primarily seeking caregivers available for longer shifts (612 hours) between 7a-10p covering daytime and evening hours. Weekend or overnight availability is a plus.

Additional Pay Incentives:

• $2/hourweekend differential
• $3/hourfor couple care assignments

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients homes
• Assist with daily living activities includingbathing grooming dressing and hygiene
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and light exercise
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Run errands and provide transportation
• Follow each clients individualized Home Plan of Care

Requirements

• Must be18 years or older
• Validdrivers licenseand reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in theUnited States
• Ability to pass abackground check and interview screening
• Prior caregiving experience preferred butnot required

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Calm flexible and professional demeanor
• Professional appearance with a commitment to quality care
• Ability to sit stand bend reach and lift up to50 lbs
• Able to navigate stairs and assist with client mobility
