Job Summary

Join Nilfisk as a Product Compliance & Sustainability Business Partner for Floorcare

Are you motivated by shaping products that meet the highest global standards in compliance and sustainability
As our new Product Compliance & Sustainability Business Partner you will play a central role in ensuring that our Floorcare portfolio meets regulatory requirements across markets while helping us push forward our sustainability ambitions.

Major Function

In this role you act as the trusted advisor for all compliance and sustainability matters linked to our Floorcare product line. You will guide crossfunctional teams through regulatory demands certification processes and sustainability expectations ensuring our products are safe compliant and aligned with Nilfisks global standards.
The role sits within the Product Compliance & Sustainability (PCS) domain in Project Management Excellence (PME) working closely with R&D Product Management and Market organizations.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary compliance & sustainability contact for Floorcare projects and product teams
  • Deliver certifications and declarations for Floorcare products in response to market needs
  • Conduct compliance reviews as part of our stagegate product development process
  • Create accessible guidelines and insights on regulations impacting Floorcare and provide timely advisory
  • Support the product line with sustainability expertise including delivering sustainabilityrelated documentation and data.

Your New Team

You will join the Product Compliance & Sustainability (PCS) team within PME a group of specialists dedicated to embedding compliance sustainability and documentation excellence across Nilfisks global product portfolio.
The team collaborates closely across borders and functions combining expertise within compliance engineering product sustainability and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications to Succeed in the Position

To thrive in this role you enjoy translating complex regulatory requirements into concrete actionable guidance that helps teams move forward confidently. You have:

  • Solid knowledge of product compliance relevant for Floorcare product categories ideally across EU US and global frameworks
  • Experience managing certification processes and advising stakeholders on regulatory implications
  • Strong collaboration skills enabling you to work effectively across R&D sourcing and product management
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
  • A proactive detailoriented approach to problem solving and documentation
