OurStrategic Priorities & Coordinationteam is currentlyseekingto appoint aGrant Project Officerto support the delivery of water infrastructure grant programs across regional NSW. This role plays an important part in ensuring grantfunded projects are effectively managed and delivered supporting sustainable water outcomes for communitiesindustryand the environment.
Working within theGrants Branch youwill be part of a collaborative team responsible for supporting grantfunded projects through their delivery lifecycle. The role involves working closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders including local councils and program partners to coordinate information respond to enquiries and support consistent bestpractice grants management across the program.
You will also support strong governance and program oversight by ensuring grant information is accuratelymaintained reporting requirements are met and projects are managed in line with established frameworks and departmental standards.
About You
You are an organised and proactive project or grants professional with experience supporting the delivery of programs or projects within a government or regulated environment. You bring experience in grants administration projectcoordinationor program support and have a solid understanding of governance riskreportingand recordkeeping requirements. Experience working with infrastructure water environmental or regional programs or with local government stakeholders will be highly regarded.
You are a clear and confident communicator who can build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team. You have strong written skills attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities within tighttimeframes. Adaptable and solutionsfocused you exercise sound judgement contribute to continuous improvement and support the delivery of highquality outcomes for communities across NSW.
