Job Summary

Position Overview:

Were looking for an eager and adaptable Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations inventory cost accounting billing and the month-end close process. This hands-on role is perfect for someone proactive and excited to take on new responsibilities learn continuously and grow their skills in a manufacturing accounting environment. Youll help ensure accurate reconciliations timely close support and strong documentation while collaborating effectively across teams and contributing to audit readiness. Responsibilities

Support the month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes including
reconciliations journal entries and accruals
Maintain the general ledger accounts and assist with account
Assists with inventory accounting cost tracking and variance analysis.
Assist with AP AR and fixed asset accounting as needed
Assist with audit support and documentation
Maintain accurate accounting records and compliance with policies.
Assist with ad-hoc projects including data analysis audit support and systems implementations
Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
14 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
Basic understanding of GAAP
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Excel
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this full-time position is between $75000 and $84000. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position in the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as work experience job-related skills related education work location and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the addition to a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package this position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and equity program as applicable.
