Home Care Scheduler Full Time (In Person)
Stoneham MA MonFri 8:00am4:00pm
Now hiring a Client Care Coordinator to join Abernathy Home Cares growing team. This full-time in-person role supports clients caregivers
Pay: Up to $65000/year
Responsibilities include: coordinating client services communicating with caregivers and ASAP case managers assisting with scheduling and intake collaborating with clinical and operations teams and participating in an on-call rotation.
Qualifications: home care or healthcare coordination experience preferred; strong communication skills; comfortable with technology; Spanish speaking a plus.
