Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing
Operate loaders safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
Inspect clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Support production needs by loading trucks feeding plants and managing stockpiles.
Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate daily tasks and maintain safe operations.
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture.

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safe work practices.
Capability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable communication skills and teamwork mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
