Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to join our team. As a Contact Centre Agent you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues and providing excellent customer service.
Tasks
REQUIREMENT
- BSc degree (2:2 or above)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage especially Hausa)
- Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them
