Responsibilities
The role of the Clinical Nurse (CN) is to deliver patient care through assessment planning implementation and evaluation of patient needs with the highest professional standard while promoting nursing excellence through continued education and research based on the Title 22 and Title 16 the ANA Scope & Standards of Practice the Code of Ethics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required.
- Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required.
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 3 months of hire
