Your Role:
As a Restaurant Managing Partner youll be the face of our restaurant leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Youll partner with our Culinary Partner to drive results develop your team and maintain our brands high standards.
What We Look For:
- 5 years of restaurant leadership experience with 2 years as a GM or equivalent
- Proven track record of developing teams and achieving financial goals
- Strong communication organization and leadership skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
