Job Summary
Team Overview and Job responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Contract Analyst to join our team. Based in Sorocaba Brazil you will be responsible for administering contracts in the energy segment.
The Senior Contract Analyst is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contract management process ensuring the timely and accurate processing of client contracts. This role involves analyzing contract and order data identifying process improvements and collaborating with multiple departments to increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from entry to delivery ensuring accuracy and punctuality analyzing contract data to identify trends problems and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales logistics finance and other areas to resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction by developing and implementing contract management policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contract management and provide regular reports to management whilst also ensuring compliance with company policies industry regulations and client requirements.
- Train and mentor junior contract management staff providing guidance and support as needed utilizing contract management software and tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall supply chain operations.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and motivations:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in contract management supply chain or related areas working mainly with contracts/orders backlog reports and complaints.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads as well as develop new ideas and creative solutions.
- Bachelors degree in business administration Foreign Trade Supply Chain Management or related areas.
- Knowledge of SAP and advanced practical knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
