Job Summary
Are you a customer service-oriented individual located in Amarillo TX Street Toyota is looking for a Service Porter to manage vehicle traffic on the service drive and assist with vehicle deliveries. - Greet and assist customers with a warm welcoming attitude as they arrive at the service drive.
- Efficiently manage vehicle traffic flow to ensure a smooth and organized service area.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries ensuring each customer receives their vehicle promptly and in excellent condition.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify any immediate service needs or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and orderly service drive reflecting our commitment to quality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in moving vehicles to designated areas supporting the service technicians workflow and efficiency.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members ensuring clear and concise interactions.
- Proven track record of maintaining organization in fast-paced environments keeping service lanes and surrounding areas tidy.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance tasks assisting in preparing vehicles for service.
- Skill in managing vehicle flow efficiently ensuring smooth operations in service stalls and parking areas.
- Attention to detail in monitoring and reporting any vehicle damage or safety concerns promptly.
- Capability to follow dealership policies and safety procedures diligently ensuring a safe working environment for all.
