Applied Materials Computational Products and Solutions (CPS) group is seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team in Summer 2026. Our team develops stateoftheart multiphysics models of Applied Materials process chambers and collaborates closely with internal product development teams to optimize designs for nextgeneration semiconductor applications. We also develop and maintain ACE our commercial multiphysics simulation platform used by leading technology companies worldwide.
As an intern in the Computational Products & Solutions group you will contribute to the development and optimization of simulations and modeling tools supporting nextgeneration semiconductor applications. The position will entail the following:

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
