Senior Freight Broker
Location: Hybrid Remote Nashville TN
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced revenue-producing Senior Freight Broker to join a high-performing logistics team. This role is ideal for brokers with an established book of business strong industry relationships and a proven ability to consistently move freight profitably. If youre results-driven entrepreneurial and ready to grow your portfolio with support from a reliable back-office this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand your existing book of business with shippers and carriers
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships within your networks
Source negotiate and secure freight opportunities daily
Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments
Monitor active loads and proactively communicate updates
Grow and maintain a dependable carrier base
Ensure accurate documentation record-keeping and communication logs
Quickly resolve transit issues to maintain service quality
Drive consistent revenue growth and exceed monthly sales and margin targets
Requirements / Qualifications
2 years of proven Freight Broker experience with an active book of business
Track record of generating $6K$10K net revenue per week
Strong negotiation communication and customer service skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Experience using load boards TMS platforms and freight-matching tools
Highly organized self-driven and results-oriented
Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth and profitability
