Job Summary

Job Title: Greenhouse Integration Developer
Location: Remote

Type: Contract / Full-Time

Overview:

Responsible for designing building and supporting integrations between Greenhouse ATS Oracle HCM and onboarding systems to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain integrations between Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM
Configure Greenhouse workflows fields and webhooks
Ensure accurate data flow for requisitions candidates offers and hires
Troubleshoot integration issues and implement logging/monitoring
Support HR TA and IT with integration and reporting needs

Requirements:

3 5 years of HRIS / integration development experience
Strong experience with Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM
Hands-on with REST APIs JSON webhooks and SFTP/file-based integrations
Experience with at least one scripting language (Java Python or Ruby)
Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS tools (MuleSoft Boomi OIC Workato etc.)
