Mammography Supervisor Title: Mammography Supervisor Assists with staffing scheduling charge reconciliation MQSA prep EQUIP Tech education Schedule: Monday Friday 8a-5p (hours may vary based on unit needs); Saturdays will occasionally be required. Setting: 4 mammography rooms 1 bone density room 2 ultrasound rooms Required Certifications: ARRT - M BLS Required Experience: 5 years of experience as a Mammography Tech; Supervisor experience or 2 years as Lead Tech preferred JOB SUMMARY The Supervisor Multimodality is responsible for supervising planning organizing and improving work processes in the various sections of Radiology Services. This position performs department orientation teaches coaches supervises staff and performs imaging exams in various disciplines such as CT MR or Rad. The Supervisor also acts as a department liaison in the absence of a manager. Approved modalities are: ARMRIT ARRT-BS ARRT-CT ARRT-CI ARRT-CV ARRT-MR ARRT-M ARRT-N ARRT-R ARRT-S CNMT NMTCB-CT RS NCT PET RDMS-AB RDMS-BR RVT RDMS-OB RDMS-FE RDMS-PS Licensed by the State of Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) unless the role is MRI and Ultrasound.
