About the Role

As a Veterinary Medical Director you will balance clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities ensuring excellence in patient care while driving hospital growth. Your key responsibilities include:

Leading and mentoring veterinarians and support staff to maintain high medical standards.
Establishing and upholding medical protocols while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent).
Active Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one).
5 years of clinical experience (preferred).
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.
Commitment to high medical standards and ethical veterinary practices.
Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively while driving positive outcomes.
