Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Worker to join our team in South Lyon this role you will provide essential in-home care services to clients helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in a comfortable and familiar environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients with medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to supervisors or medical personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of care and services provided.
- Ensure a clean safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Requirements
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in South Lyon MI.
