Job Summary

Contract Fitter/Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter/Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Kochi India. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fitting and technical roles.

Responsibilities:

Perform installation maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings.
Assemble fit and install components according to specifications.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Fitter Trade or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Fitter or Technician.
Proficiency in ITI Fitter trade skills.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and diagnostic tools.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
