The Priority Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Priority/High-Value clients by offering end-to-end financial solutions. The primary purpose of the role is to drive margin collection blended pricing (Blended Px) and new client acquisition. The role demands a strong understanding of Demat Mutual Funds (MF) Insurance Equity and other investment products to deliver a superior customer experience and portfolio growth.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Acquire new priority clients through branch leads references and direct sourcing.
Drive growth in book size equity activation and overall AUM.
Achieve targets for Blended Px value-added services and product penetration.
Margin Collection & Revenue Growth
Ensure timely and accurate margin collection from trading clients.
Optimise client profitability by cross-selling investment products such as Demat MF Insurance Bonds Equity &
Wealth products.
Process Adherence (C3 Process)
Ensure strict adherence to the C3 process including documentation compliance checks and client Onboarding
protocols.
Maintain high standards of KYC risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
Morning Research Call Participation
Attend and implement insights from the Morning Research Call to drive client conversations.
Share research-based market outlook stock ideas and product recommendations with clients.
Monitoring Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track activity metrics such as daily meetings conversions cross-selling and new client Onboarding.
Maintain accurate MIS reports client trackers and revenue dashboards.
Monitor client-trading patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and risk mitigation.
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance Commerce or Business Administration. Professional qualifications like MBA/PGDBM (Finance) preferred NISM certifications (Equity Mutual Funds) preferred.
Experience:
1 5 years in Priority Banking Broking HNI Acquisition Wealth Management or Financial Advisory.
Experience in handling premium/priority/HNI clients is highly desirable.
Strong product knowledge of Demat Mutual Funds Insurance Equity & Wealth products.
