Job Description:

A highly experienced Oracle QTC and Manufacturing Planning resource to support a large-scale initiative focused on end-to-end holistic planning - from order entry through manufacturing movement and shipping.

This role requires someone who can step into a complex Oracle environment quickly understand the business and system needs and actively help design and implement solutions. This is not a role for someone who needs extensive process mapping or hand-holding; the ideal candidate is comfortable getting into the weeds and turning business objectives into executable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support and enhance Oracle Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes from sales order entry through fulfillment and shipment
Lead and support Oracle Manufacturing and Planning initiatives including:
- Planning
- MRP
- Manufacturing execution and planning stages (Plan to Manufacture)
Partner with business stakeholders to implement an end-to-end planning model that connects sales manufacturing and logistics
Address a major organizational pain point around Cost of Quality including:
- Missing or incorrect shipments
- Rework and remanufacturing
- Quality-driven margin loss
Leverage existing reporting and analytics around Cost of Quality to help refine planning and execution processes
Apply prior MRP implementation experience to improve planning accuracy reduce waste and prevent downstream quality costs
Act as a hands-on problem solver who can translate business goals into Oracle system functionality

Required Experience & Skills

Strong Oracle QTC (Quote-to-Cash) experience
Deep understanding of Oracle Manufacturing and Planning modules
Proven experience with:
- MRP
- Demand and supply planning
- Manufacturing planning and execution
Solid understanding of the end-to-end sales and order fulfillment lifecycle
Prior experience implementing or optimizing MRP in environments where quality and margin protection were critical
Ability to quickly assess existing processes and systems without extensive formal process mapping
Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with business and technical teams
