Job Summary

The position is Monday through Friday 0630-1400. It will change once we fill our lead tech position to 3 twelve-hour shifts. o Facility: SIH Memorial Hospital of Carbondale o Dept. Name: CT Position Details o Quantity Needed: 1 o Start Date: ASAP o Length of contract (ex: 13 weeks): 13 weeks o On-call (Y/N): Y If yes what are the on-call requirements Call Rotates between staff. Averages 1 week every 4th week. o Shift Start Time: Monday through Friday 0630-1400 Department Specific Details (ex. nurse/patient ratio float or weekend requirements charting equipment special qualifications or certs.): EPIC and Merge Pacs systems. Siemens scanners Notes: Optional but helpful Parking Instructions: Parking garage 2ndlevel or higher Dress Code: Scrubs
