Registered Nurse Interventional Radiology (IR) Job Type: Contract
Position Urgency: Normal
Shift: Days 10-hour shifts 6:30 AM start
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse to support inpatient IR services. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care during interventional procedures and may float to other radiology nursing areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities -
Deliver nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures

Assist with procedural sedation and post-procedure patient recovery
-
Monitor patient status before during and after procedures
-
Document care accurately using the EPIC EMR system
-
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe efficient patient care
-
Float to other radiology-related nursing units as required
Qualifications -
Active California RN license

Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience

Proficiency with EPIC EMR
-
Experience in procedural sedation and recovery
-
Current BLS/CPR ACLS and PALS certifications
-
Ability to float to other units as needed
