Salesforce Developer

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in custom Salesforce development with hands-on experience in APEX Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APIs.

2. Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with different stakeholders.

3. Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

5. Results-focused approach with accountability for assigned tasks.

6. Core Development Skills

   • APEX: Experience with triggers controllers and asynchronous APEX (Batch Future Queueable).

   • Lightning Web Components (LWC): Working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) and LWC framework.

   • SOQL and SOSL: Ability to write queries and handle large data volumes within governor limits.

   • Web Technologies: Knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.

7. Integration and Data Management

   • APIs: Experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL.

   • Data Modeling: Experience designing custom objects relationships and schema architecture.

8. DevOps and Tools

   • Version Control: Git (GitLab GitHub Bitbucket).

   • Deployment Tools: SFDX VS Code Copado and Change Sets.

9. Certifications

   • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1).

   • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2).
