Role Summary

We are seeking a senior Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant with 15 years of hands-on EBS experience to support and enhance a large-scale Oracle R12.2.X on-premise manufacturing environment. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support ongoing operations improvements and production issues.

Mandatory Functional Modules

The candidate must have strong real-time project experience in the following Oracle Manufacturing modules:

Inventory
- Subinventories locators material transactions
- Cycle counting on-hand reconciliation
Work in Process (WIP)
- Discrete jobs job transactions completions
- WIP accounting and variance analysis
Bill of Materials (BOM)
- BOM structures revisions effectivity control
Cost Management
- Standard costing cost rollups
- WIP variances (material resource overhead)
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Preventive maintenance
- Asset work orders and scheduling
Production Scheduling
- Detailed scheduling resource constraints
- Shop floor execution support
Quality
- Inspection plans quality results
- Integration with WIP Inventory Receiving
