Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression)
Provides efficient & accurate data entry reporting & transactional support to Leave of Absence processes across the system
Provides expert & accurate support for Leave of Absence related to time tracking time reporting and payment processing
Supports ad-hoc requests understanding priority & noting exceptions as necessary
Collaborates & follows up with key stakeholders human resources operations & vendors in support of the colleague & manager experience
Participates in performance improvement activities including new system processes
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources as normally obtained through a Bachelors degree in a field requiring analysis & / or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
Must possess some knowledge of & experience with leave of absence administration payroll or related field requiring attention to detail & application of critical assessment skills.
Experience working in multiple software / computer systems such as UKG Kronos Workday Microsoft Teams Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) & comfortable learning new systems as needed.
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
Presentation of data-driven reports.
Hourly pay ranges: $24.53 - $36.79
