MBA Venture Capital Intern

Position Summary:

CerityPartnersVentures(CPV)isseeking MBA internsto join us for the summer of2026.Founded as Touchdown Ventures in 2014 CPVpioneered Venture Capital-as-a-Service (VCaaS) for corporations working withleading brandslike Kellogg T-MobileBEHR and more. With a team of50 investment professionals inBoston Chicago Los Angeles New York Philadelphia and San Francisco CPVmanages more than20corporate venture capital funds.

This candidate will work closely with the team atCerityPartners Ventures andbe responsible foravariety of investment tasks with a particular emphasis on researching specific industries ofinterest to the firm sourcing new investment opportunities and conducting due candidate will have the opportunity to obtain significant venture capital are building something special and are seeking candidates who share our vision and excitement.

This positionwill be based with our team inNew Yorkor San Francisco.The application period for this role will close on February 28th.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct research on sectors of interest to the firm

• Identifytarget companies and source attractive investment opportunities

• Track and report on deal flow generated by our team

• Assistteam in building andmaintainingfinancial models for early and growth-stageinvestments

• Evaluate business plans from prospective investment opportunities

• Assistwith due diligence including supporting andestablishingvaluation frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience

• First-year MBA student preferred

Skillsand Competencies:

• Detail-oriented and aself-starter who enjoys working in a collegialenvironment

• Critical thinking including superior research and analytical skills

• Strong competency in Excel experience with databases & data manipulation is aplus

• Ability to think outside the box constantly searching for new ways of doing things

• Excellent writing and presentation (PowerPoint) skills including knowledge ofgrammar spelling and word usage

• Must be a team player whose superior communication skillsfacilitateworking withentrepreneurs and technical professionals inside and outside the organization

• Exemplary follow through with minimal supervision

• Enthusiasm and desire to learn about venture capital

• Legally qualified to work in the U.S

• Enthusiasm for venture capitalstart-upsand entrepreneurship

• Willingness to work in a start-up culture

Compensation Range:

$40/hour
