Position Overview
Were looking for a bright innovative and tech-savvy IT Intern whos comfortable rolling up their sleeves and learning by doing. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in hands-on IT support within a fast-growing mission-driven organization.
Youll support day-to-day IT operations including device management troubleshooting and internal tech support with opportunities to take on additional projects and expand your skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with laptop and device check-in/check-out setup and tracking
Support basic IT troubleshooting (hardware software connectivity issues)
Help maintain IT inventory and documentation
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding tech tasks
Support internal staff with day-to-day technology needs
Participate in IT projects and process improvements as opportunities arise
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently completed coursework in IT Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Comfortable working with laptops operating systems and basic networking concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Reliable organized and able to follow through on tasks
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Prior IT support experience is a plus but not required
